KnowVest is a real-estate decision tool for U.S. residential investors and first-time home buyers. For any property address, KnowVest gives you an honest, numerical answer to one question: Is this property worth it for me?

Two analysis modes live inside one product. Investor mode runs cash flow, cap rate, DSCR, NOI, GRM, break-even, and equity projections for 1–4 unit rentals. Home Buyer mode calculates PITI, front/back DTI, max affordable price, cash-to-close, and a 0–100 readiness score.

When you select a U.S. address, KnowVest auto-fills property data and comparable rents from RentCast, and pulls the live 30-year fixed mortgage rate from the Federal Reserve's FRED database. Every metric updates in real time as you edit inputs.

An AI advisor — built on GPT-4o — reads only the numbers you provide and gives a candid, structured verdict. It won't invent figures, won't hype the deal, and makes clear when the margin is thin.
