By using KnowVest (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Informational tool only

KnowVest provides estimated calculations based on user-supplied inputs. It is not a licensed financial advisor, mortgage broker, real estate broker, CPA, or attorney. No content on KnowVest constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making real-estate decisions.

2. Accuracy

Calculations are estimates. Actual investment returns, mortgage payments, and market conditions will differ. KnowVest makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any output.

3. Subscription and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Founding-member pricing is locked while your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to scrape data, circumvent rate limits, or build competing products using our outputs. Commercial use beyond your own deal analysis requires written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

KnowVest is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowVest and its operators are not liable for any financial losses, missed investment opportunities, or other damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
